The written commentary did not appear

Commentary is written after the figures, so it arrives a few moments later. If it does not, the packet says why.

• It could not be checked against your books. Every figure in the text must match one CanopyDecks computed, and a draft that does not is rejected rather than shown. Try again; it is usually a one-off.
• The service did not answer. Try again in a minute.
• The trial has ended. Commentary waits until a plan is chosen, like building new packets.
