Questions
What counts as a company?
One QuickBooks Online company, or one set of books uploaded as a trial balance and chart of accounts. Each is priced on its own.
How does the free trial work?
30 days with everything in your plan, and no card needed. At the end, choose a plan to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual is two months free: $490 a year for Standard instead of $588. You can switch or cancel from Settings.
Why is Pro $49 now and $99 later?
Early access is priced for what Pro does today. It becomes $99 once the features marked Coming soon ship, and you will hear from us before that changes anything you pay.
What is the founding price?
$29 a month per company for the first 25 companies to subscribe, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. On Pro, founders pay $29 during early access and a locked $59 once its features ship.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnect QuickBooks from Settings at any time, and we delete your organization's data on request.
