Free trial, plans and the founding price

Every organization starts with a 30-day free trial that includes everything in Pro, with no card needed. Account shows how many days are left.

Choose a plan from Account, under Billing, whenever you are ready. Choosing during the trial keeps the rest of it: the first charge is on the day the trial ends. Plans are priced per company; see pricing.

The first 25 companies to subscribe get the founding price, locked for as long as they stay subscribed.

When the trial ends without a plan

Packets you already built stay readable. Building new packets, refreshing them and writing commentary wait until a plan is chosen.

Changing or cancelling

Switch between Standard and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing, from Account under Billing.

Manage billing, in the same place, opens the billing portal: change your card, see your invoices, or cancel. After cancelling, access runs to the end of the period already paid for, the end of the month on a monthly plan or the year on an annual one.
