Which budget a packet uses
Automatic unless you choose, from QuickBooks, a spreadsheet or Budget and forecast.
The Budget menu on the dashboard sets it. Automatic uses, in order: a budget spreadsheet you uploaded, then the newest board-approved budget built in CanopyDecks, then the budget in QuickBooks. Pick any budget by name, a draft included, or No budget.
Under Accounting, Setup, the variance threshold decides which lines are called out: those off by both the percent and the amount you set.
