Reports: formatted financial statements

Reports, in the top navigation, lays out the three statements from your latest packet, in the order and nesting your books use.

• Period: the month, quarter or year to date, trailing twelve months, last fiscal year, or year to date by month.
• Compare with last year or budget, or for the balance sheet, last month end, last fiscal year end or the same month last year. Change columns show the difference in dollars and percent.
• Show or hide account numbers, group accounts by category, and show each line as a share of revenue or of assets.

Print or save as PDF with your logo and color, or download for Excel. Board packet, in the same tab, opens the packet's export.

Budget pack

Budget pack, also under Reports, sets next year's budget beside this year and last: totals, every line with the change in dollars and percent, the largest moves with room to say why each moved, and a page for the board to sign. The budget can be one built here, one kept in QuickBooks, or your own spreadsheet.
